The Performing Arts Centre at St Mary’s Anglican Girls School, Karrinyup, has been designed as a place to stimulate creativity, interaction and the expression of youth. Facilities include an air conditioned 515 seat raked auditorium on a single level; a large stage which accommodates music and drama performances from solo acts to orchestra and choir. It incorporates state of the art theatre technology and controls. Back stage areas include a large music studio, drama space and provide facilities for staff, rehearsal and dressing.

The interior features simple finishes used throughout which combine the texture of bagged brickwork, smooth painted concrete, timber veneer and a palette of accent colours that pop against its neutral backgrounds.
